Vacancies are distributed across Grade III and Grade VII posts in various trades/disciplines. The number of vacancies is tentative and subject to change. These posts involve working in shifts in arduous and hazardous conditions in remote/far-flung OIL installations across production and exploration areas of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the crucial date i.e. 08-06-2026. Only candidates possessing the exact prescribed qualifications should apply. Age limit is calculated as on the crucial date i.e. 08-06-2026. PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation over and above the category-wise relaxation as applicable. Additional relaxations are available for Ex-Servicemen (PwBD), OIL employees, Work Contract Labourers, and Apprentices as per company rules.

Oil India Limited PwBD Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process

Selection will be done through a single stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification. There is no interview for this recruitment. The CBT will be conducted at designated centers and travel fare reimbursement (2nd class Rail/Bus) will be provided for appearing in CBT.

Computer Based Test (CBT) Pattern

CBT Examination Details:

• Total Marks: 100

• Duration: 2 Hours 40 Minutes (including 40 minutes compensatory time for PwBD candidates)

• Qualifying Marks: 40 marks out of 100

• Negative Marking: No

• Tentative CBT Date: 12-07-2026

Scribe Facility:

Scribe facility is available for eligible PwBD candidates as per RPwD Act, 2016 guidelines and rules.
