NFC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process varies by post code:
Employment news subscription
Post Codes 12601, 12603, 12604 – Interview Based: Selection on the basis of Personal Interview. If response is more, NFC may conduct a Screening Test (75 MCQs, 90 minutes, +3 for correct / –1 for incorrect) to restrict candidates called for interview.
Post Codes 12602, 12605, 12606 – Three Stage Process:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Test (1 hour, OMR-based): 50 MCQs – Mathematics (20), Science (20), General Awareness (10). +3 for correct / –1 for incorrect. Cut-off: 40% (General), 30% (Reserved categories).
Stage 2 – Advanced Test (2 hours): 50 MCQs from relevant discipline. +3 for correct / –1 for incorrect. Cut-off: 30% (General), 20% (Reserved). Merit list prepared based on Stage 2 marks only. Both stages conducted in a single session as Section A & B.
Stage 3 – Skill Test (Go/No-Go basis): Up to 5 times the number of vacancies shortlisted from Stage 2. Candidates clearing Skill Test empanelled in order of Stage 2 merit.

Examination Centres
Examinations are tentatively scheduled to be conducted at Hyderabad (Telangana), Mumbai (Maharashtra), Rawatbhata (Rajasthan) and Pazhayakayal (Tamil Nadu). Candidates may indicate their preferred city in the application form. NFC reserves the right to add or delete centres without assigning any reason.

Read the advertisement and instructions carefully before filling the application.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
Keep the following documents ready in PDF format for uploading:

Important Instructions
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
All qualifications must be recognized by concerned Regulatory Authorities in India.
Only one application per post; separate applications required for each post if applying for multiple posts.
After final submission, no request for change/correction will be entertained under any circumstances.
Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must submit NOC at the time of Interview/Skill Test.
SC/ST outstation candidates called for Tests/Interview/Skill Test will be reimbursed to-and-fro sleeper class/second-class railway fare by shortest route (subject to production of tickets); fare for first 30 km shall be borne by candidates.
Appointment is subject to Medical fitness conducted by NFC.
Selected candidates will be governed by National Pension System (NPS) or Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) as notified by the Government.
Select list/Wait list validity is one year from the date of publication of results.
Candidates must regularly check https://www.nfc.gov.in for all updates; no information will be sent by post/courier.
Any dispute will be subject to the Courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad only.
