BTSC Instructor Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Instructor (Various Trade): 

• Must have completed Related Trade Course (1 or 2 years) from a recognized institute

• Institute must be approved by:

  • NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training), New Delhi OR

  • SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training), Patna

Instructor (Electrician/Wireman):

• Must have completed Electrician/Wireman Trade Course (1 or 2 years)

• Institute must be approved by: NCVT OR SCVT

Instructor (Electrician)

• Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent

• Must have completed ITI Training in:

  • Electrician Trade OR Wireman Trade

• Must possess Apprenticeship Training Certificate in relevant trade

Preference:

• Candidates with regular course training in the respective trade will be given preference

BTSC Instructor Recruitment 2026 How to Apply

Visit Official Website

• Open the official website of Bihar Technical Service Commission: btsc.bihar.gov.in or the BTSC online application portal btsc.pariksha.nic.in.

• Click on the “Recruitment / Online Application” or “Apply Online” link for Advt. No. 14/2026 to 22/2026 – Instructor Posts.

New Registration

• Click on “New Registration”.

• Enter basic details (name, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, category etc.) and submit to generate your Registration ID and password.

• Note/save the Registration ID and password for future logins.

Fill Online Application Form

• Login using your Registration ID and password.

• Select the relevant advertisement number and Instructor trade you wish to apply for (Survey, Machinist, Automobile Engineering, Leather Technology, Welder, Mechanic Tractor, Agriculture & Machinery, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic / Mechanic Radio & TV, Electrician/Wireman).

• Fill all required details carefully: personal information, address, educational qualifications (Graduate/Diploma/ITI), experience (if applicable) and reservation details.

Upload Documents

• Upload scanned copies of the following in the prescribed format and size (as mentioned in the notification):

• Recent passport size photograph

• Signature

• Educational qualification certificates (Graduate/Diploma/ITI)

• Category/caste certificate (if applicable)

• Domicile, disability, and other relevant certificates if required.

Pay Application Fee

• Proceed to the payment section and pay the application fee through online mode (debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI), as per your category, once the fee details are notified.

• After successful payment, your application will be marked as “Fee Paid / Completed”.

Final Submit Application

• Re‑check all the details filled in the form.

• Click on “Final Submit” to submit the application form.

• Take a printout/PDF of the final submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference (written exam, document verification etc.).

Important Instructions

• Apply only through online mode; no offline form will be accepted.

• Complete your application and fee payment before 15-05-2026 to avoid last‑minute issues.
